Terms & Conditions
These terms describe how TikGrow works and the rules for using it. By using the TikGrow app, you agree to them.
1. The service
TikGrow is an app for growing a TikTok account. You earn coins by claiming rewards and completing community tasks, you can buy coins through Google Play, and you spend coins on orders — for example followers, likes or views — for your TikTok account. The app also includes a video downloader and hashtag suggestions.
TikGrow is operated by BW Collective Ltd, United Kingdom. It is independent: it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance.
2. Your account
- You can use TikGrow as a guest or sign in with Google.
- A guest account belongs to the app on your device. If you log out of a guest account, or uninstall the app, without linking a Google account first, the account and its coins can’t be recovered. You can link a Google account at any time in Settings.
- Your account is connected to one TikTok username. It must be a real, public TikTok account, and match the username you actually use on TikTok. Community tasks can only be verified for public accounts.
- You can delete your account at any time — see Delete Account.
3. Coins
- There are two kinds of coins: coins you buy (purchased coins) and coins you earn (earned coins). When you spend coins, purchased coins are used first.
- Reward amounts, order prices and daily limits are shown in the app and may change.
- Coins have no cash value. They can’t be exchanged for money, withdrawn, or transferred to another account.
- Purchased coins don’t expire. Earned coins don’t currently expire.
4. Earning coins
- You can earn coins from the rewards shown in the app — such as the daily login bonus, streaks, rewarded videos and one-time rewards — and from community tasks.
- A community task asks you to follow another member’s TikTok account from your own TikTok account. The app checks that the task was actually completed before any coins are paid, and daily limits apply.
- Rewarded videos are optional ads provided by Google AdMob. The reward is paid only after the video has been watched to the end.
5. Orders
- Before you place an order you see its price in coins. Orders have minimum and maximum quantities.
- Orders are fulfilled by other TikGrow members completing community tasks, by third-party service providers, or by both — depending on the order type and on which coins paid for it. Delivery takes time, and you can follow an order’s progress in the app.
- Followers, likes and views are delivered to your TikTok account, which TikTok operates. TikGrow can’t control what happens on TikTok afterwards — for example, people unfollowing, or TikTok removing activity.
- Orders can’t be cancelled once placed. See Refund & Cancellation for what happens when an order fails.
6. Purchases
Purchases are made through Google Play and are also subject to Google Play’s terms. Refunds and restoring purchases are covered in Refund & Cancellation.
7. Fair use
- Use TikGrow honestly. Don’t try to collect rewards without genuinely completing tasks, don’t interfere with the app or its servers, and don’t abuse purchases or refunds.
- We may disable accounts, or block TikTok usernames, that are used for fraud or abuse.
8. TikTok
Your use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok’s own terms and policies.
9. Privacy
How we handle your information is described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes
We may change the app, its features and these terms. Updated terms are posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
