Delete your TikGrow account
You can delete your TikGrow account at any time. Deletion is permanent: the account can’t be signed into again, and its coins and progress can’t be recovered.
Delete it in the app — takes effect immediately
- Open the TikGrow app and go to Profile → Settings.
- In the Policies section, tap Delete Account. (Older versions of the app show Delete account at the bottom of Settings.)
- Tap Delete to confirm. Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.
Can’t use the app? Ask us to delete it
Email support@tikgrow.app with the subject Delete my account, and include:
- the TikTok username on the account;
- if you signed in with Google, send the email from that Google address, so we can match it to the account.
We may ask for details to confirm the account is yours, then delete it with the same process the app uses. A guest account belongs to the app on your device: once the app is uninstalled nobody can sign into it again, but you can still ask us to delete it.
What is deleted
- You are signed out on every device, and the account can no longer be signed into.
- Your sign-in connections are removed: the link to your Google account, or your guest sign-in credential.
- Your push-notification tokens are deleted.
- Your Google email address and name are erased from the account.
If you signed in with Google, you can sign up again later with the same Google account — you’ll get a new, empty account.
What is kept, and why
- Your account ID and TikTok username, together with the records of your purchases, orders, coin transactions, rewards, community tasks and refunds. We keep these for accounting, for handling refunds and disputes, and to prevent abuse; they are not deleted automatically.
- Expired sign-in session records are deleted 30 days after they expire, daily database backups are kept for 14 days, and server log files for up to 30 days.
Before you delete
- Unused coins are lost, and deleting your account doesn’t refund purchases — see Refund & Cancellation.
- Using a guest account and want to keep your progress on another phone? Link a Google account first: Settings → Link Google account.
