This Privacy Policy explains how BW Collective Ltd ("TikGrow", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use the TikGrow mobile application (the "App") and related services. By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.

- To create, operate, and secure your account.
- To deliver the core features you request (followers, likes, views, shares, downloads, and the coin/rewards system).

- To detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and violations of our terms.
- To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
- To comply with legal obligations.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who process data on our behalf, including Google / Firebase (authentication, push notifications, and crash/analytics) and our hosting and infrastructure providers.
- Order fulfilment partners strictly limited to the public TikTok handle and the requested action, in order to deliver the engagement you order.
- Google Play for processing in-app purchases.
- Authorities where required by law, or to protect our rights, users, and the public.
5. Third-party services
The App relies on third parties that have their own privacy policies, including Google / Firebase. Your use of TikTok remains governed by TikTok's own terms and privacy policy. TikGrow is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or ByteData/ByteDance.
6. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain limited records to comply with legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention obligations.
7. Your rights & choices
- Delete your account: Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and associated personal data.
- Access, correction, and portability: contact us to request a copy or correction of your data.
- Notifications: turn push notifications on or off at any time.
- Depending on your location (e.g. UK/EU under UK GDPR/GDPR, or California under CCPA), you may have additional rights. Contact us to exercise them.
8. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted transport (HTTPS) and encrypted on-device storage for authentication tokens. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and limit access to it.
9. Children's privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. International transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United Kingdom and the United States, which may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we put appropriate safeguards in place.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date. Significant changes may also be notified in the App.
